When your purchase is ready for pick up at the bookshop, we’ll send you an email.

You can pick up your order at box 8 in Oudemanhuispoort. Please bring proof of payment or the confirmation email when coming to collect your order, or you may show us the confirmation email on your smartphone.

We gladly accept returns of defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.
